Privacy Policy
At Qorvexatryn S.A.S. we treat your personal data as what it is: yours. This policy explains what data we ask for, why we need it, who we share it with and which rights you can exercise. It applies to the qorvexatryn.com site and to any form or channel where we receive data from you.
1. Data controller
Qorvexatryn S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71823409-4, with offices at Av. Cordoba 1147, 8th floor, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can contact us at privacy@qorvexatryn.com for any question regarding your data.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data you actively share with us through the contact form (name, email and message) and basic technical data while you browse (truncated IP address, device type, browser language, pages visited). We do not collect sensitive data or identifiable financial information through this site.
3. How we use your data
We use your data to answer your queries, send you information about projects you asked for, comply with legal duties and, only if you gave consent, measure site performance and show you relevant ads. We never sell your data.
4. Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (contact form and measurement / advertising cookies), our legitimate interest in operating and improving the site and, where applicable, the fulfilment of legal duties and the CNV rules that govern crowdfunding in Argentina.
5. Who we share data with
We share data only with providers that help us operate the site (hosting, analytics and advertising tools such as Google Ads and GA4 under Consent Mode v2) and, where required, with public bodies under Argentine regulations. These providers act under contract and only for the stated purposes.
6. Retention period
We keep contact form data for the time needed to reply and, if you begin an investment process, for the period required by accounting and anti money laundering rules. After that the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
As the data subject you can access, rectify, update or erase your data, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time. Write to privacy@qorvexatryn.com stating the right you want to exercise. You may also file a complaint with the Agency of Access to Public Information.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, activity logging) to protect your data. No measure is bullet proof, but we work to keep them up to date against new threats.
9. Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we publish the new version here with the corresponding date. When changes are significant we highlight them on the site for a reasonable period.
